[Users] VisIt reader?

Hi Erik,
I got it. Here is what I see when running install:

And here are the xml beasts on my system right now:

xml2man xmlcatalog xmlif
xmlpatterns xmlto
Neither xmledit nor xml2cmake are on my system.
I don't enjoy complaining... so tell me there is a simple way around these
issues :).
