Hello all,

Present today were Peter, Steven, Frank, Roland, Chritine, Josh.

Current issues:
* requirements based scheduler
** currently in design stage using blackboards and face to face meetings
** work done by Dennis and Steve most of it stand alone
** goal is to get wavetoy type system to schedule itself based on
requiremnts.
** if sufficiently advanced discuss at ET workshop
** suggestion to put even design plan into wiki even if in form of just
a phot of the blackboard
** want to not "surprise" people with a finished product

Announcements:
* Peter will host the calls starting from the next call until end of July
