McLachlan may now be downloaded from
https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/mclachlan. The Einstein Toolkit
thornlist has been updated so new checkouts will clone from the new URL.
Existing checkouts can be updated to point to the new URL using the
following git command:

git remote set-url origin https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/mclachlan

The only remaining item is to disable push access for the version hosted on
carpetecode.org.
