[Users] Jenkins release build

Hi,

The Jenkins build system is now configured to build the new release in its "EinsteinToolkitRelease" job.

https://build-test.barrywardell.net/job/EinsteinToolkitReleased/

There are failures in 3 tests, which is the same as in trunk, and it has been like this for a while.
