[Users] Excision Tool

Dear fellow ETK users,

I implement a rotating BH in Kerr-Schild coordinates without using the 
puncture method. As the hydro code crashes due to the ring singularity I 
somehow have to excise the respective region of the grid. I also tested 
a Schwarzschild BH in isotropic coordinates, but there also the hydro 
crashes due to the singularity at the origin.

Do you have any recommendations which excision tool I could use?
