[Users] Meeting Minutes and FunHPC work day announcement

Present were Eloisa, Erik, Frank, Josh, Harry (?) and the Skeletor 
(Steve).

The FunHPC work-day will be held Friday this week (Nov 4th). We will use 
Google Hangouts, with an URL to be announced.

We will also test 'mumble': https://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Main_Page
If you are interested, it might be best if you could install the client 
already before the meeting. Windows/Mac/Linux/Android/IOS clients exist 
and should all be available as respective packages.
