Report from summer school and workshop:

* provided feedback information summary collected from users
* Roland will add his hand-written notes to SOC google doc
* will collect pdf slides from speakers and put on web

Tutorial system
* investigate using nebula and/or national data labs services for this
* Ian can set up a system on nebula

Introduce working groups
* will delay until more SI2 funded members are preset

Discuss new code contributions
* GiRAFFE:
** track ticket created https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2064
** has paper summarizing the code
** code reviewer volunteer: Roland, ask Daniel Siegel at Columbia, try see if Erik is interested
* RNSID: postponed due to lack of persons present

DataVault:
* received ~13 responses so far
* sent survey email to users at einsteintoolkit.org
* have google doc with persons from different institutions interested in this https://docs.google.com/document/d/1u4-EgQM3DngPa0QfPoHZGVJy69jDrMvbmxOgxFmaOfg

Simplifying ET starters experience
* no news since workshop
* good candidate for a working group
