[Users] Jupyter Notebook, NDS interactive issue

This is a good point and one I've been meaning to address. There are a 
number of tools within Cactus/ET that rely on interactive input from the 
user. I'd like to see them updated.

Having said that, note that GetComponents has a "--update" flag which 
will circumvent the prompt.
