EU ET meeting:
* Miguel has website ready and will send announcement today or tomorrow
* Steve to post it on Facebook, add to ET website wait for one week
until next one
* Helvi will send it to the UK cosmo & gravity groups
* will send to Vitor Cardoso
US ET meeting:
* Bhavesh is in the process of getting DNS entry for page
ET website:
* https issue on einsteintoolkit.org still persists
* needs an updated VM with new OS to allow apache to host multiple
virtual hosts
* Roland received report of links for 2013 ET MHD paper links () not
working. Could restore some that were just incorrect links but the
ones for the rotating collapse ID
* cannot reproduce BNS plot on ET gallery website
* Steve is working on the CAPTCHA issue for the wiki
thorns to be included:
* for Giraffe: Roland started review, did only minor things, currently
stuck due to lack of time and poking
* for Lean and Proca: code pull request is in the trac tickets

reports on working groups:
* will happen once a month in the fourth week of the month
* Roland to arrange for reminder emails one week before the fourth week
cosmo & particle group:
* 18 members right now
* mix between people using the ET and using other codes (GRChombo. SpEC)
* mix between simulation and theoretical groups
* monthly call just after the regular ET call on the fourth Monday of
the month
* next on April 23th with Katy Clough about GRChombo, usually 20min
with discussion afterwards
