[Users] 2D configuration with Carpet

Yes, Carpet prolongates with the same order in each direction. However, in
your case, prolongation in the z direction is exact and does not require
any ghost zones, since nothing needs to happen in the z direction. Carpet
should handle this correctly. Can you post a complete, simplified parameter
file to reproduce the problem?
