[Users] correct setup information to compile ET with new computer

Greetings all
I noticed the thread of the group about setting cpu info taken from
/proc/cpuinfo.

My information is in the attached file 'cpu-stuff.txt'

I wish to know the 'right' setup for my box.  Linux Mint 18.3
kernel 4.15.3
