Hello Feyiso,

this is not quite enough information for us to make a guess at what
could be going wrong.

Could you run the following:

export VERBOSE=yes
simfactory/bin/sim --mdbkey make 'make -j1' build 2>sim.err 1>sim.out

and attach both sim.err and sim.out to the email?

Please also include the output of 

uname -a

as well as the files

configs/sim/OptionList

configs/sim/ThornList

configs/sim/config-info

All I can tell you from your email is that somehow there is an error
while compiling the LORENE thorn that prevented it from building
liblorenef77.a but I have no information on what that error could have
been.
