The Jenkins update script is also failing with
Can't create session: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.cct.lsu.edu/repos/numrel/LSUThorns/CPUID': Error running context: Connection timed out at /usr/share/perl5/Git/SVN.pm line 143.
It works fine from my laptop, but not from Nebula at NCSA, for some reason.
