** need to provide access to clusters of interest
** Stampede2, Comet, Blue Waters, MareNostrum

ET infrastructure:
* issues persist, currently only persons who have an existing CCT or
  wiki account can edit the wiki. Edits by non-logged in users are no
  longer possible.
