[Users] Compile Errors

[Christopher Ramirez]

Hello,

Has anyone had the opportunity to review this?

I'm not quite sure where the pghpf2 library is being called up, and
whatever it is, it's not available with the community edition of PGI.
It seems to be something that's getting called when the flesh compiles, but
I'm not sure of much else.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
