[Users] move of ET ticket system to bitbucket

Hello all,

the Einstein Toolkit ticket system was moved to bitbucket on Friday.

You can find the tickets here:

https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues

and https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org is no longer active and instead
instructs to go to the new page.

Thanks for Steve and Debopam for the final push on Friday to transfer
the tickets.
