[Users] meeting minutes for 2019-07-18

Present: Roland, Bill, Eric, Helvi, Peter, Steve, Yosef

Tutorial notebooks:
* Eric worked on a couple of extended notebooks for new ET users
* currently in Eric's github repo:
https://github.com/EricJWest/ETKNotebooks
* will include in tutorial server

Self-force code:
* Peter's code is ready to start review
* currently needs a patched scon build system to build
* want to start early to have lots of time before the ET release
* Steve has volunteered to participate in the review, if interested to
  participate, please respond on the mailing list

KCL workhop:
* currently have 40+ participants, registration
https://sites.google.com/view/eetm2019/registration deadline is soon (31 July 2019.)
* will add notice of deadline on main website, Helvi will do so
* will discuss exact program after registration closes

Roland will chair the meeting on August 1st since Steve will be at
PEARC19.
