* Change citation policy for Einstein Toolkit
   - cite code directly via a DOI reference instead of only quoting the 
paper by Loeffler et al 2011
   - information on this topic, see e.g.  D. Katz' talk about software

   - in practise: likely update DOI after each release

* Memory increase during regridding (ET Trac #2194)
   - again observed memory increase after regridding which can be a 
bottleneck for large-scale simulations
   - check parameter file and plot on trac;  Roland checking latest report
