The version of IIlinoisGRMHD is limited to a single Gamma-law equation
of state. The development version in nrpy+
(https://github.com/zachetienne/nrpytutorial), which you may have to
talk to Leo Werneck and Zach Etienne (both are in this list) about,
fully supports piecewise polytropes.
