In that case I would try and remove only the repository that has errors
(repos/einsteinanalysis) and then run GetComponents again. This way at
least it should make progress even if in your case there is always a
certain fraction of the repositories that cause problems.

If you don't mind, where are you trying to download from? Your laptop
or a cluster (which one, located where)?
