Emails sent to in-person people to help support their travel. Separate
email for invited and tutorial speakers for talk titles and abstracts.

Roland is going to run the hackathon for Wednesday, could use more
help.

Organization at Idaho is ongoing.

Schedule altered a little bit for GW discussion on Thursday to
accommodate European attendees. Make sure to keep your Zoom
(and OS) updated, else may not be able to login. Organizers
thinking of alternative methods of keeping it smooth.

using a trick by Duez et al. which improves convergence of BNS
simulations. Zach tested it with BBH simulations and it improves the
accuracy very well. Helps with Hamiltonian constraint violation.
