Roland is going to run the hackathon for Wednesday, could use more

accuracyImplementing a new gauge damping. Improved convergence via
using a trick by Duez et al. which improves convergence of BNS
simulations. Zach tested it with BBH simulations and it improves the
accuracy very well. Helps with Hamiltonian constraint violation.
