Hi all,

Apologies for the delay on sending this. Here are the minutes from last week’s meeting.

Cheers,
Leo

Present: Lucas, Leo, Roland, Zach, Johnny, Maxwell, Bill, David

Chair: Lucas
Minutes: Leo

ET Release:
  * TOVola: several review comments made. Zach updated code. David is working
on updating the code and will inform Maxwell once he's done, but
will keep the comments in mind in case they are still relevant.
David asked: should TOVola be populating previous time levels?
Roland suggested looking at TwoPunctures and Meudon thorns and
to keep in mind all 3 drivers (PUGH, Carpet, and CarpetX).

  * GRHayL: Roland wants to learn how to do code generation to ensure the
version of any NRPy-generated code in NRPy remains consistent
as it makes its way in the Einstein Toolkit.

Unanswered Questions on the Mailing List:
  * Announcement: open postdoc position in numerical relativity at UIUC.
                  Source: https://my.physics.illinois.edu/join/#id1900

Open Tickets:
  * NRPyEllipticET: LaTeX documentation using extra package. Sam pushed a fix.
Sam also fixed a similar issue in a WVU thorn documentation.

Ready for Review:
  * #2820: Lucas is looking into it.
  * #2814: Not really ready for review, lots of ongoing development.
  * #2179: Thorn's output is junk; Steve is looking into it.
  * #2786: Might require intervention from Erik in CarpetX's coordinate thorn.

Next Chair: Peter
Next Minutes: Roland
