reproducibility issues of data in BNS simulation

* Zach reports that IllinoisGRMHD also runs con2prim in post-recover
variables
* reports are that results depend on number of MPI ranks, maybe in
IllinoisGRMHD or DNSData (SGRID) reader
* Roland now has access to initial data files and code used, will test
if initial data is read in differently on different MPI ranks and if
checkpoint recovery is bit identical
