Hello,<div>I created a bundle for qc0-mclachlan.par, which I compiled using gmake and intel. In Hopper, the hopper_intel.cfg was very useful to define all dependencies. I run it live first and it had no problems. I just submitted a job and will look how the results look like. I can compare them with my runs in LONI.</div>
<div>Best,</div><div>Jose</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Tue, Mar 13, 2012 at 1:04 PM, Ian Hinder <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:ian.hinder@aei.mpg.de">ian.hinder@aei.mpg.de</a>></span> wrote:<br>

</div>There are some thorns which are needed in the configuration but which don't necessarily need to be active in the parameter file. You will find out about these when you try to build the configuration. It might take a few tries, but you should end up with a minimal thornlist.<br>
