Barry summarized the e-mail he sent last night and encouraged people to<br>

It was suggested is to move the TAT thorns into CactusUtils and<br>
CactusElliptic (make the license compatible).<br>
Erik would like to have the 4 Carpet arrangements moved into 1 Carpet<br>
arrangement (just a move in Git).<br>
Thorns in arrangements that are not part of ET should stay where they are.<br>
Frank will provide a mapping for unknown usernames.<br>
Ignore old tags that can not be handled by Git.<br>

Illinois code:<br>
<br>
Constraint violations about a factor of 2 higher with GRHydro<br>
(when Marquina is used) compared to the Illinois code. Switching to<br>
HLLE improved the constraints by about 20%.<br>
Bruno did a test with Whisky and found consistent results with<br>
GRHydro for Marquina, but when switching to HLLE found Whisky to be<br>
consistent with the Illinois code and not with GRHydro. There<br>
may be an issue with HLLE in GRHydro.<br>
