These three repositories (repos/cactuswave repos/einsteinanalysis<br>
repos/lean_public) were left in an invalid state due to previous<br>
failures it seems.<br>

You can manually delete them using<br>
<br>
rm -rf repos/cactuswave repos/einsteinanalysis repos/lean_public<br>
<br>
and after that GetComponents should be able to download fresh, error<br>
free copies.<br>
<br>
Alternatively you can also remove the full failed Cactus checkout ie:<br>
<br>
rm -rf Cactus <br>
<br>
and try once more from scratch using the --no-parallel option.<br>
