Will need review, possibly someone who planned to use Canuda [RH]. Compile without error in a few weeks, and will need to be done by Sep 15.
ScalarBase, ScalarInit, ScalarEvolve will all be needed to include in ETK, will need documentation for the whole arrangement, refer the variables to the equations in the papers.</li>
