[Workshop-all] Virtualbox installation

Workshop participants,

It seems my link pointed to etk-os.zip instead of etk-os2.zip.  Funny how a
mere character can make all the difference!  It should work for you now.

Let me know if you have any difficulties.  I will have USB sticks with the
.zip files available during early registration.
