@helvi witek @Miguel Zilhão the way boundary conditions are currently done in Lean_public means that only 1 point is filled in, however for a stencil with of (say) 3 in Lean_public this means that 2 points at the boundary will be left unitialized in the same way they were for Baikal.

This should be fixed in the same way Zach fixed it in Baikal, see #2432.
