Helvi worked on making the ET compile on an M1 macOS system. Commit https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/ExternalLibraries-LORENE/commit/b3f542e3d9fcaee42cfac0397cac0346a99e0061 adds support to LORENE and has been reviewed by Roland.
