POWER is an open source, python package to monitor the status and progress of numerical relativity simulations, and to post-process the data products of these simulations to compute the gravitational wave strain at future null infinity.

There are two ongoing enhancements for it undeway that may be included in a final proposal if they finish quickly enough:

• full conversion to LIGO NR Waveform format: https://arxiv.org/abs/1703.01076
• offer method by Nakano et al. https://arxiv.org/abs/1503.00718 as an alternative to power-law extrapolation to scrI+.
