The broken flesh was fixed in git hash 78bb97d3 "Cactus: set F77_OPENMP_FLAGS and F77_VERSION from F90" of cactus.

Hand-coded OpenMP handling was removed in git hash d982610 "LORENE: remove manual handling of OpenMP flags" of ExternalLibraries-LORENE ticket #2311.
