With the change GRHydro::sources_spatial_order=4 we do indeed recover the behaviour of the release paper (https://arxiv.org/abs/1111.3344 (Figure 15)) as shown below.

If you agree I will upload the data and a brief description to the gallery. Do we want to use the same setup with a smaller grid for the tutorial so that they are consistent?
