The issue is, neither Chrome nor Safari supports MathML, which breaks the rendering of equations in Einstein Toolkit documentation. Instead they support MathJax.

Following a separate discussion with Roland, he points out there is a “hybrid” TeX->HTML conversion option that would support both MathJax & MathML:
