Also, not all OpenMP warnings will go away, since I left the omp critical in. These are used for error messages. (One should probably wrap the bodies of CCTK_ERROR and friends instead of asking the callers to do so, but that’s another point.) I’m inclined to leave out the defined _OPENMP.
