To install macOS in VirtualBox? The link https://github.com/myspaghetti/macos-virtualbox should have some information, or, if you prefer a more manual approach, this https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/VirtualBox/Setting_up_a_Virtual_Machine/Mac_OS_X should work (also for Monterey). Note that I cannot test with VirtualBox (it is banned at my department).
