#2264: tutorial material is hard to find

Currently tutorial material about the Einstein Toolkit is hard to find, scattered throughout the wiki, past workshop pages and sometimes even only in svn repositories on https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org or on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8IObWZ7_wEbWnbIKVIQRYQ).

These should be collected in a central location on the wiki for ease of access and so that new material can be added by everyone.
