To summarize the file output differences: Carpet text output was either per variable or per group .asc ASCII files. CarpetX text output currently is only per group .tsv TSV files. CarpetX only appends the output to the norms/ files, all other output files (scalars, GFs, Arrays) get their own file per group per iteration (per axis where applicable). Lastly, the headers have changed, the CarpetX headers are a single line, as opposed to the multi-line Carpet headers.
