#2243: Use Bruno Giacomazzo's tov parfile from Lisbon in tutorial

@Bruno Giacomazzo used a parfile that ran to ~400M in ~30minutes at Lisbon. He kindly provided the file and it is attached to this ticket. Bruno says the differences to static_tov.par are:

it has one less refinement level
it runs up to t=400 instead of 800
it produces also some 2D HDF5 output that can be visualized with pycatctus or VisIt
