Both fixed in branch [rhaas/pirahacachehidden](https://bitbucket.org/cactuscode/cactus/branch/rhaas/pirahacachehidden) though it has not yet been fully tested (some of the occurances are in RunTestUtils.pl which is only run during a testsuite.
