Present: Peter D., Miguel G., Roland H., Steven B., Zach E., Atul K., William G., Kenneth S, Leonardo W, Karima S., Mohammed J., Maria H.

Mohammed Jamil gave a short presentation about GitHub actions and how to use it as a ET test system ( (https://github.com/mojamil/einsteintoolkit/tree/gh-pages)

No updates so far, the ball’s on SPEC’s side.

1 month to release. No major red flags in clusters. We encourage people to report  if there’s any problem with the ET developer’s version so it can be fixed before the release date.

All gallery testers should add presync mode = mix error, this should be safe for the gallery tests.
Roland will add to the gallery tickets the needed parameters.

Gauge settings are currently taken from the paper, it would be better to change it to the BNS one. Peter will work on this.

People agreed to change the website in every release with the mugshots of the release team.

                     BBH [SB]. In progress.
                     Poisson equation [MG]  Succesful
                     TOV [PD] Succesful
BNS [AK]  will have it  by next week
Multipatch [BG] Will have it by next week.

            no major bugs so far.
ticket #2524 ZENODO’s site  should be updated with the current ET grant in the coming release , [SB] There’s a  3 day window to ask changes in the ZENODO site before the page becomes permanent.

#2488 Steve suggested to go back to tarballs because some repos might not exist anymore. Roland has a collection of Tarballs with some old releases that might be useful to solve 2488.  They could be stored in bitbucket like the gallery example data.

Roland will reply to Francesco.

Atul K. asked about how to run the Test suites, Peter pointed him to the simfactory wiki  (https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Simulation_Factory_Advanced_Tutorial#Test_suites)
