Tickets:
1667 include elliptic solver:
* The discussion seems to have converged on putting the
thorn into Numerical or Utils. Are there any objections?
Is there any preference for Numerical vs. Utils?

I will be unable to host the call next week, as I will
be teaching a camp at CCT. Considering that no one is
available from LSU for next week, perhaps we should take
that week off.
