Upcoming ET release:

- Updating milestone:
    - Draft announcement ready today
- Z4c
    - not going to be included
- BHaHAHA
    - Review not yet finished
    - Zach found a bug he’s fixed (recovering from checkpoint)
    - Will consider whether to postpone
- CCE
    - Add thorn name to hdf5_to_ascii util since it’s not generic
    - Roland will help look into why it’s not compiling on Anvil
- FLRWSolver
    - Hayley Macpherson has been in touch with Roland and Zach about resolving some lingering testing issues
- Axidilaton gallery example
    - Deborah will run again
- Need to:
    - Finish running tests
    - Final votes
    - Gallery examples
        - Ideally finish before the release (2 weeks)

ET summer school

- Speakers
    - starting to get titles and abstracts
- Travel funding
    - Working with Steve for reimbursement for travel
    - Approach people to see if they booked tickets, if they have refer them to LSU, if they haven’t, send them through UIUC
        - They need to send receipts before travel if getting reimbursed by UIUC

Unanswered questions on the mailing list:
- Someone trying to use ORCid to log in to LSU tutorial server
    - Steve already handled it

Open tickets/tickets ready for review
- #2869 ready to be resolved
