# Pre-agenda topics

Zach will be the maintainer of TOVOLA going forward. It is being moved to
EinseinInitial data. There's a link to the current existing repo

# Upcoming ET release

- Steve says feature freeze will be postponed at least until next week. There's
  a couple tickets he wants resolved and he considers blockers: 2931, 1775,
  2898, 2930

- He wants to have a vote by next week, asking if reviewers have any
objections against inclusion or not.

- BHaHAHA, Peter says review is happening. Tests are not there, but Zach says he
  will create them. Peter asks about setting SphericalSurfaces. Zach says that
  not yet, but it will be in the future. Not a blocker.

- Boost, Roland says he needs to make a change and then will be able
to have review.

- AI review to TwoPuncturesX. Zach's main reservation is that we have a "new"
  thorn which is mostly a duplicate of the original. We had a discussion if it
  is possible to use symlinks or use a require/inherits statements to reuse the
  guts of TwoPunctures inside TwoPuncturesX. Moving TwoPuncturesX to the
  initial data repo to create links would help. Another idea is to extract the
  guts into a library that exports headers, and use that. Zach will create a
  ticket discussing this.

- Johnny Tsao reports seeing a difference in the Poisson equation gallery
  example if he runs with multiple processes, but not with 1.

- Sunrise is still posing challenges to our test suite. There may be an issue
  with python post-processing tools in this (and other clusters) which will
  need to be solved. Roland suggests, for these cases, to try and import python
  modules using simfactory files.

- 2932: Jordan requests review from the maintainers, and reports the PR and
        change to be ready for review. Maxwell will review.
