Summary:     GRHydro: remove psi4 from polytype reconstruction driver

This fixes a bug where SimplePPM_1d was called with incorrect number of
arguments. This was found by Zach Etienne while comparing IllinoisGRMHD
and GRHydro.

This affected only polytype runs and may have existed as early as
5a73e267c35764553eb1e32aef2d2609b0631254 .
