Summary:     GRHydro: support external con2prim via aliased function

* introduce Con 2 Prim wrapper function in
  GRHydro_Con2Prim.cc that either calls an aliased new
  Con2Prim function provided by an external thorn or defaults
  back to the old Con2Prim functions. Commented those out in schedule.ccl.
