 I have been thinking about splitting the gauge conditions out for a while
 and agree that something has to be done. As the gauges are implemented
 right now, I have to go in and look at the Mathematica script in order to
 figure out how to set parameters to correspond (if possible) to old
 parameter files. It will also make it easier to experiment with new gauge
 conditions.There are some indications that the moving puncture gauge
 conditions are not optimal in all cases for matter evolutions.
