 The angle convention used in Exact is described in the comments of
 https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/browser/EinsteinInitialData/Exact/trunk/src/boost.F77,
 and it mentions that MathWorld link.  The intention was to replicate the
 conventions of Exact exactly.
