 CarpetIOASCII currently puts something like

 {{{
 # data columns: 13:rho
 }}}

 into its headers. hdf5toascii_slicer does not. It would be useful if the
 relavant code was copied into the slicer (from outputslice.cc).
 Particularly useful if one translates a checkpoint file to ASCII to
 inspect values in detail.
