Comment (by knarf):

 Some sites are green and unavailable because they are expected to be
 unavailable (but planned for the future). And of course self-signed
 certificates (apart from of course the root certs) trigger a warning.
 Again, if they are green, that's to be expected for the time being. Red is
 reserved for issues of concern, green for expected behaviour.

 Will send the script, but probably not within the next few days (swamped).
